Golden Million is a Forex expert advisor that is compatible with both MT4 and MT5 trading platforms. It is sold on the MQL5 website and the vendor claims that it is available only for a limited period of time. They also claim to have won millions of trading options on Gold, after which they implemented the trading patterns in this robot.
The developer, Aleksei Bordark, is based in Russia. We don’t have any background information on this person and they are quite poorly rated on MQL5. There is no contact information and we don’t know if the developer has other individuals working alongside them. They have another robot called NewMillion.
The highlights of Golden Million
Here are the key features of this expert advisor:
No complex parameters
To make the setup process easy, the developer has hidden the complex parameters. All the trader needs to do is to choose the appropriate risk and run the EA.
Powerful algorithm
The developer claims to have invested years of research and thousands of hours of programming to build the algorithm. However, we don’t know the details of the trading algorithm, and there are no trading results that prove the efficiency of the system.
Free demo
Since there is a demo version available for this robot, you can test the performance without investing any real money.
Trading strategy of Golden Million
On the MQL5 product page, there is no proper explanation for the trading strategy. We don’t know what indicators this robot uses or how it identifies profitable trades. Without proper strategy insight, it becomes difficult for us to analyze the profitability.
The only pair this EA is compatible with is XAU/USD. It is recommended that you load the robot on H1 charts for best results. Also, you should use leverage of 1:100 or higher.
Backtesting reports
Here we have the results of a backtest conducted on the XAU/USD pair. The vendor has not revealed the testing period, but we know the EA conducted 1252 trades during the testing period. It had a very high win rate of 92.25%, and this allowed it to make a total profit of $80720861.13. This was achieved using an initial deposit of $1000.
The profit factor for this test was quite high at 12.25. There were 142 maximum consecutive wins and only 5 maximum consecutive losses. The maximum equity drawdown was only 1.08%, and this tells us that the EA was not trading with a high level of risk. All of the parameters tell us that the robot passed the historical test with flying colors.
Trading results in real time
Unfortunately, the vendor has not shared the live trading results for this robot. We conducted our own research and were unable to find any verified trading accounts on third-party websites like Myfxbook, FXBlue, and FXStat. Usually, vendors on MQL5 share the trading results on the website itself, but we don’t have them for Golden Million. As such, we have no way to find out whether this robot can generate profits in the live market.
Golden Million price
This EA is available for a one-time fee of $1333. Compared to other EAs on the market, this is extremely expensive. There are two rental plans for this robot. The first one carries a monthly fee of $99, while the latter is available for a yearly fee of $499. There is no money-back guarantee offer for this robot, so your investment is not protected.
