US Futures Indicate Slight Decline

U.S. futures for the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average are both down by 0.1%. However, it’s important to note that changes in futures do not always accurately predict market movements after the opening bell.

European Markets Experience Losses

In morning trading, the Stoxx Europe 600 saw a decline of 0.5%. While Millicom Intl Cellular saw a climb of 4.2% and Auto1 Group added 2.1%, Remy Cointreau dropped by 5.5% and Ubisoft Entertainment slipped by 4.9%. The FTSE 100 also experienced a loss of 0.5%. Additionally, France’s CAC 40 decreased by 0.7% and Germany’s DAX dropped by 0.6%.

Wall Street Journal Dollar Index Rises

The Wall Street Journal Dollar Index rose by 0.2%, reaching a value of 97.05.

Crude Oil Prices Show Modest Gains

Commodities-wise, Brent crude gained 0.5% and reached $78.01 per barrel, while WTI crude rose by 0.8% and reached $72.75 per barrel.

Mixed Performance in Asian Stocks
