Else Nutrition Announces Collaboration with Danone

Else Nutrition has revealed plans for an exciting collaboration with dairy giant Danone. Both companies have signed a letter of intent, with the initial focus being a license agreement. This agreement will enable Danone to include Else’s plant-based, soy-free products in their portfolio and take charge of their manufacturing, marketing, and commercialization. Moreover, the companies are set to explore further opportunities beyond product commercialization.

The decision to move forward with this collaboration comes after Danone conducted a thorough due diligence process. To solidify their partnership, a definitive agreement is expected to be signed by the end of March.

In recent news, Else made its debut in the multi-billion-dollar European market by launching its plant-based dairy-alternative beverage for toddlers in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, the company has expanded its manufacturing capabilities in North America with the opening of a new facility in the Midwest. This strategic move will help meet the increasing manufacturing demands for the years to come. Additionally, Else’s popular ready-to-drink kids’ shakes will soon be available at over 100 stores belonging to a major Canadian grocery chain in Ontario.
