Air Liquide (Paris:AI): Share Capital Increase
During its meeting on February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of Air Liquide noted that from September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, 76,027 new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each have been issued following the exercise of stock options.
As a result, the company’s new share capital now stands at 2,884,842,279.00 euros, divided into 524,516,778 fully paid-up shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each.
